3rd Telco Mislatel Aarangkada na

Metro Manila and other mega cities nationwide residents could presently have the choice to avail of the mobile services of Mindanao Islamic Telephone Company, Inc. (Mislatel). Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) acting Secretary Eliseo Rio Jr.  said the third telecommunications player is one step aloof from providing its mobile services to the general public. "They will start in Metro Manila, Cebu, 'yung mga heavily-populated cities. Siguro by September or October of this year, meron na silang mga subscribers from Metro Manila," Secretary Eliseo Rio said. Before securing the permit, Secretary Rio said the third telco Mislatel has begun installing cell sites and other infrastructure for nationwide coverage. 60,000 Caregivers Kailangan sa Japan na may P95,000+ Sahod Kada Buwan

Due to the increasing number of the elderly population in Japan, the Japanese government and other Japanese companies is expected to hire approximately 60,000 Filipino caregivers according to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration  (POEA) in the coming years. Experience is not needed and no employment and placement fee will be collected. However, applicants must be a holder of National Certificate II given by TESDA. The applicant must also know how to speak Japanese. Interested applicants can either enroll in a language class to learn the Japanese language or study on their own. Nursing graduate, licensed or not can also apply. Companies offer approximately ¥200,000 or PHP95,776 salary per month. A pre-recruitment briefing will be conducted by PJEPA/Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services for the applicants. Low Pressure Area sa Aparri, Cagayan Bagyong "Dodong" na

At 2:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area east of Aparri, Cagayan has developed into Tropical Depression according to the last report of Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Tuesday afternoon. From a low pressure area, it was declared as "tropical depression" of Pagasa at around two o'clock. PAGASA named the Tropical Depression  "Dodong" The weather disturbance is not expected to make landfall and has no direct impact on any part of the country. The Southwest Monsoon will bring scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the western sections of Luzon and Visayas tonight and tomorrow. On Thursday, monsoon rains may prevail over Metro Manila, Western Visayas and the western sections of Central Luzon, CALABARZON and MIMAROPA.
