Higher prices in sardines, effective next week

Effective on December, the price of sardines will increase in the market.
This is after the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) approves the hirit of manufacturers to raise prices of sardines from December.
With this, playing at a price of P0.50 to P0.80 is the price of canned sardine
According to Canned Sardines Association of the Philippines President Marvin Tiu Lim, the price of petroleum products in the world market is the reason for the rise in prices of sardines, especially and they do not feel the slight oil price rollback.
Lim added that sardines were held in July and August, where prices were higher on suppliers.
The sardine could be no longer priced in 2019 if the rollback of the oil price continues.
